Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SSC Kenya platform (ssckenya.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
KYC Verification
All buyers must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before placing orders. This includes providing valid government-issued identification and proof of address. SSC Kenya reserves the right to reject any KYC submission at its discretion.
Orders & Contracts
All orders are subject to a signed Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA). An order is only confirmed upon execution of the SPA and receipt of the commitment fee. SSC Kenya reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory constraints or regulatory issues.
Payments
All payments must be made via international bank wire transfer. Commitment fees are non-refundable once gold preparation has commenced. Final payment is due upon assay confirmation. SSC Kenya is not responsible for bank transfer delays or fees.
Delivery & Risk
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the freight forwarder. SSC Kenya arranges insured shipping but is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure events. Delivery timelines are estimates only.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use this platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity. You may not attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape data, or interfere with platform operations. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.
Limitation of Liability
SSC Kenya's total liability for any claim arising from use of this platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Kenya.
Changes to Terms
SSC Kenya reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
